Orders & payments

  • All muruku is made fresh upon order confirmation.
  • Full payment is required to process any order.
  • No refunds once the order is confirmed.

Delivery & self-pickup

  • Delivery available (charges apply) or self-pickup by appointment.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
  • Please collect self-pickup orders on the agreed date/time.

Product handling

  • Store in airtight containers to maintain freshness (up to 2–3 weeks).
  • No preservatives used — keep in a cool, dry place.

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations once the order is confirmed.
  • Self-pickup time can be rescheduled with minimum 24-hour notice.

Allergens & ingredients

  • Made with rice flour, ghee & cumin seeds.
  • May contain allergens — consume at your own discretion.

Custom & festive orders

  • Custom packaging or bulk orders are welcome (doorgifts, hampers, events).
  • For bulk/festive orders, please order at least 1 week in advance.
  • Special designs, packaging, or notes can be requested (subject to availability).

Changes to terms of service

  • Maimuruku reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms & conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • We encourage customers to review this section periodically to stay informed.

Return & refund policy

  • Due to the nature of our product (fresh, homemade food), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed or delivered.
  • Please ensure all order details are accurate before placing your order. If any issue arises, kindly contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist where possible.
